ENG Single room located in an apartment of approximately 35 sqm, consisting of 2 single rooms with a shared bathroom. Each room features a sleeping area, a study area, and a private kitchenette, all opening onto a shared anteroom that provides access to the bathroom, shared with one other person. The room is part of a residential campus mainly inhabited by students. Shared laundry facilities are available.
