If canceled between 14 and 8 days before the move-in date: 50% of the first month’s rent will be refunded. If canceled 7 days or fewer before the move-in date: No refund of the first month’s rent. Important: The spacest.com booking fee is non-refundable. Furthermore, the deposit and the cleaning fee (contract opening costs) are to be paid prior to a check-in. Our apartments are non-smoking, pet-free apartments for temporary private use only. Business use, smoking, barbecuing, and the use of personal washing machines are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund. Only the agreed number of guests may stay, and quiet hours (10 PM–6 AM) must be respected. Payment is due in advance; cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival, with partial or full fees due after that. Early departures are non-refundable. Monthly cleaning is mandatory for stays over one month, and a final cleaning fee applies. Damages or excessive dirt may lead to extra charges. The provider is not liable for personal belongings unless due to gross negligence. Assigned parking must be used, and personal data may be processed for operational and communication purposes. Video surveillance is in place for security. Nur die gebuchte Personenanzahl darf übernachten, und die Ruhezeiten (22–6 Uhr) sind einzuhalten. Zahlungen sind im Voraus zu leisten; kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis 14 Tage vor Anreise möglich, danach fallen Gebühren an. Eine vorzeitige Abreise ist nicht erstattungsfähig. Bei längeren Aufenthalten ist eine monatliche Reinigung Pflicht, eine Endreinigungspauschale wird erhoben. Schäden oder starke Verschmutzung werden zusätzlich berechnet. Der Anbieter haftet nicht für persönliche Gegenstände außer bei grober Fahrlässigkeit. Es dürfen nur zugewiesene Parkplätze genutzt werden. Datenverarbeitung erfolgt nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben, das Gelände ist videoüberwacht.
