There are 2 rooms: 1 bedroom with double (water)bed 180x200cm and 1 home-office room with 2 desks&screens. 1 washroom with washing machine, dryer and dyson hoover, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. It also has 1 large living room and large kitchen with all the equipment you need. The balcony gives a view over the canal and sun is always present here. Feel free to enjoy it. I am on the 5th floor, of 7, with an elevator. In the parking garage under the building is a parkingspace available The location is very central: 5 minutes on foot to The Jordaan, 10 minutes to Westerpark, the bus to Central train station stops infront of my building (you can it also walk to CS in 20 minutes), tram is 5 minutes by foot and will bring you every where in Amsterdam. Shops, restaurants and bars are close by but the appartment is in a quiet pedestrian area. The utilities and the Building Association costs are included in the rental price. A minimum stay of 1 month(s) is required. It is possible to book directly online. There are house rules of the Building Association that all tenants and renters need to comply with (no noise after 10pm, announce parties to neighbours, keep building/elevator clean). And there are House rules: keep the appartement as clean as you found it. If you break anything let me know and replace. Your deposit is only used if this isn't fulfilled
