 Apartment’s entrance is from the “ringhiera” (typical balconies in Milan) and it’s facing the inner quiet courtyard.
 Entering in the apartment there is a book case to separate the hall from the living area.
 In the living room there are a small table next to the sofa, the TV and an opening table.
 White modern fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and a large refrigerator/freezer.
 In the aisle leading to the bedroom and bathroom, there is a closet, useful as an additional storage room.
 The bedroom has a double bed, 2 spacious wardrobes, a desk and some shelves.
 The window is facing a quiet courtyard of another building (it’s a long time it has’t yet built and there aren’t any works, still unknown when they should start).
 The bathroom has a shower, the bidet and the washing machine.
 AC in all the apartment and high speed internet connection.
Safe and central residential area, very lively and 15 minutes walking from Duomo square.
 San Babila M1 metro station is 10 minutes by tram.
 Istituto Marangoni in via Cerva, is just 15 minutes walking. IED it’s only a few metres far.

The price includes utilities, cleaning every 4 weeks (plus final), condominium expenses, taxes and personal assistance throughout the stay.Cancellation possible at any time with 1-3 months notice.
