Un piccolo corridoio porta al secondo bagno con vasca idromassaggio, la cabina armadio e la camera da letto matrimoniale. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso visto che da su una via poco trafficata. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono dei supermercati (La Esse di Corso di Porta Vittoria), farmacie, bar, ristoranti. A pochi minuti a piedi si trova la fermata ''Sforza Policlinico'' della MM4, autobus 94, 85 e i vari tram (24, 27, 12) che collegano la zona con tutte le parti della città. L'appartamento è ideale per lavoratori o studenti vista la vicinanza anche al Marangoni e altre Università statali o private. Le spese condominiali non sono incluse nel canone di affitto e hanno un costo medio di 400€ che comprende gas, acqua.
