The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating), ensuring a pleasant temperature year-round. It is very bright and well-ventilated. The studio has a hall at the entrance where the washing machine is located and it is shared with another studio in the same unit. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the Paral·lel metro station, with access to the green and purple lines. The building offers a 70m2 communal rooftop terrace, featuring a picnic area, showers, sunbeds, and a bathroom. Since the terrace is directly above the apartment, it is almost exclusively for you and the apartment opposite. RENTAL CONDITIONS: -Monthly rent: 1.150€ /month. -Utilities: 100€/month -Internet: 50€/month. -Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT. -Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 100 € (VAT included). -Contract preparation fee: a single payment of 100 € (VAT included). DEPOSIT: -RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT. -RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.
