L’edificio, suddiviso in sei unità abitative, prevede per ogni appartamento una cucina comune, Due bagni, una lavasciuga e rete wi-fi free. All’esterno è disponibile un’area verde attrezzata riservata e posti auto coperti. Ogni appartamento è dotato di un lavasciuga a uso gratuito. THE AREA The residence is located about 1,000 meters from the Sant’Anna teaching campus, allowing students to reach classrooms within minutes while avoiding the morning congestion of public transport coming from the city. The building, divided into six housing units, offers each apartment a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, a washer-dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Outside, residents have access to a private equipped green area and covered parking spaces. Each apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer available for free use.
