Il salotto è caratterizzato da un soffitto con travi in legno a vista e pavimento in cotto che esaltano il fascino rustico dell’ambiente. Un grande divano color crema, posizionato di fronte al camino (ATTENZIONE: il camino è solo decorativo e NON PUÒ ESSERE UTILIZZATO!) dal design tradizionale con dettagli in legno scuro, crea uno spazio ideale per rilassarsi. La luce naturale filtra dalle ampie finestre, mentre nelle ore serali una bella lampada da terra diffonde una calda atmosfera. Salendo la scala in legno che si trova nel soggiorno, si accede a un delizioso soppalco, una piccola zona relax arredata con una comoda chaise longue, un tavolino e una luce da lettura, perfetta per ritagliarsi momenti di tranquillità. Adiacente, la cucina, aperta sul soggiorno e completa di elettrodomestici e di tutto il necessario, si integra perfettamente nello spazio circostante. Il tavolo da pranzo in legno, circondato da sedie moderne, crea un’area conviviale perfetta per pranzi e cene in famiglia. La zona notte si sviluppa con due camere da letto. La camera matrimoniale, arredata con un raffinato letto in ferro battuto bianco, è un ambiente intimo e rilassante, con travi in legno a vista. La seconda camera, con due letti singoli, è ideale per bambini o amici, mantenendo lo stesso carattere rustico ed elegante. Entrambe le stanze sono illuminate da finestre che affacciano sui vicoletti del paese. Il bagno, moderno e funzionale, dispone di un WC e di una doccia con finiture curate. All’esterno, una lavanderia attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice è facilmente accessibile. Viene fornita biancheria da letto di qualità, asciugamani e kit di cortesia.  Lasciamo anche un cestino regalo con il necessario per la vostra prima colazione.  L’appartamento non dispone di parcheggio privato ma nelle vicinanze si trova un grande autosilo comunale.  È severamente vietato fumare. È vietata ogni attività commerciale all’interno dell’appartamento. Nei dintorni: Morcote è uno dei più bei villaggi della Svizzera, anche chiamato “Perla del Ceresio”. Visita il bellissimo Parco Scherrer, con rare specie botaniche e diverse piante esotiche. Da non perdere la Chiesa di Santa Maria del Sasso, la scala monumentale, la Torre del Capitano. Passeggia sul lungolago e sotto i porticati, scoprendo le botteghe, i negozietti e i ristorantini, e raggiungi l’area balneabile in soli 5 minuti. Dall’imbarcadero di fronte all’appartamento e dal porto di Morcote puoi acquistare i biglietti della navigazione e visitare le diverse mete turistiche del lago. CASA MIRÓ - Three bedroom apartment in Morcote Located in the picturesque village of Morcote, CASA MIRÓ is a detached house nestled in the historic village that combines rustic elegance and modernity, offering a cosy stay in the heart of Ticino. The living room features a ceiling with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors that enhance the rustic charm of the room. A large cream-coloured sofa, positioned in front of the fireplace (ATTENTION: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!) in a traditional design with dark wood details, creates an ideal space for relaxing. Natural light filters through the large windows, while in the evening hours a beautiful floor lamp diffuses a warm atmosphere. Climbing the wooden staircase in the living room leads to a delightful loft, a small relaxation area furnished with a comfortable chaise longue, a small table and a reading light, perfect for carving out quiet moments. Adjacent, the kitchen, open onto the living room and complete with appliances and everything you need, blends perfectly into the surrounding space. The wooden dining table, surrounded by modern chairs, creates a convivial area perfect for family lunches and dinners. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom, furnished with a refined white wrought-iron bed, is an intimate and relaxing room with exposed wooden beams. The second room, with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends, maintaining the same rustic and elegant character. Both rooms are illuminated by windows overlooking the narrow streets of the village. The bathroom, modern and functional, has a toilet and a shower with a neat finish. Outside, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is easily accessible. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.  The flat has no private parking space, but there is a large communal car park nearby.  Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity inside the flat is forbidden. Nearby:  Morcote is one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, also called the ‘Pearl of Ceresio’. Visit the beautiful Scherrer Park, with rare botanical species and various exotic plants. Don't miss the Church of Santa Maria del Sasso, the monumental staircase and the Captain's Tower. Stroll along the lakeside promenade and under the arcades, discovering the little shops and restaurants, and reach the bathing area in just 5 minutes. From the landing stage in front of the flat and the Morcote harbour, you can buy boat tickets and visit the various tourist destinations on the lake. A nearby parking garage (Autosilo Garavello) and public transport connections (bus, train, boat), whose stops are a few minutes' walk from the house, make it easy to reach the holiday flats.
