Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale di 100 euro. In caso di eccedenza, gli extra verranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale. I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto; i costi di acqua e spese condominiali sono inclusi nel casone mensile.
