Si trova a soli 400 metri dalla fermata metro San Paolo (linea B), nel cuore dell’università Roma Tre, e a breve distanza da Via Libetta, una delle migliori zone della movida romana. Nei dintorni sono presenti supermercati, farmacie e tutti i servizi essenziali. Le pulizie delle aree comuni vengono effettuate due volte al mese e sono incluse nelle utenze.
