Caratteristiche della camera blu: -camera molto luminosa e silenziosa, porta dotata di chiave -bagno completamente ristrutturato in comune solo con un'altra studentessa -completamente arredata ( 80×190 letto singolo, armadio a 6 ante con cabina e cassetti interni, scrivania, libreria, comodino ), -aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato, connessione internet WIFI illimitata -edificio con ascensore, appartamento di 125 mq su 2 piani, composto da soggiorno, cucina in muratura, 4 camere matrimoniali, due bagni, oltre a soffitta e terrazze. C'è anche una stanza con lavatrice. -In casa vivono la padrona di casa, suo figlio di 27 anni (solo la sera) e un'altra studentessa. -La cucina è uno spazio in comune che può essere utilizzato in modo indipendente. -Frigorifero e piccola dispensa in uso esclusivo - La proprietaria pulisce solo gli spazi comuni, ogni studente pulisce la propria camera. COSTI MENSILI: 600€ per l'affitto+130€ spese totali =730€ Nessuna spesa amministrativa o tassa per il contratto. Alla fine del contratto 100 € per le pulizie finali. Servizio di noleggio biciclette in condivisione tramite app per raggiungere rapidamente qualsiasi destinazione.
