CHECK-IN - Check-in is self-service via the app, using a QR code or PIN. - The unit is provided clean and furnished. - Missing items or visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of check-in via the app; otherwise, the unit is considered accepted in good condition. - Additional guests can check in as well, but only one person performs the actual check-in. - Check-ins are only done on Thursdays. CHECK-OUT - Check-out must also be done independently via the app, by the time shown in the app/website. Guests must: - Report any damage or missing inventory. - Vacate the accommodation fully and take all personal belongings. - Leave all provided inventory in the unit. - Dispose of all waste themselves. - Check-outs are only done on Thursdays. A mandatory final cleaning fee is always charged; additional cleaning costs may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty. If storage boxes or parking spaces were rented, they must be emptied before check-out. After check-out, an inspection is carried out. If no issues are found, the deposit is refunded within 30 days. COSTS & PAYMENTS Booking Costs: - The stay is booked for a fixed term (min. 1 month, max. 25 weeks). - The full amount is generally paid upon contract conclusion. - Even if the guest does not move in, the full amount remains due. - For stays longer than 8 weeks, the first 8 weeks are prepaid, and subsequent payments follow a schedule (billed 4 weeks in advance). Deposit: - A deposit of EUR 200 is required to cover unpaid services, damages, or part of a cancellation fee. Additional Fees & Conditions: - A failure to pay results in default interest and reminder fees. - Unresolved payment issues may lead to eviction, storage of belongings at the guest’s expense, and charges for remaining rent and related costs. - Energy-cost-related price adjustments are possible. CANCELLATION POLICY - There is no fixed cancellation policy. - All cancellations or reductions must be submitted in writing via the app. - Requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance. - A cancellation fee applies; its amount depends on the location and is shown during booking. - Each cancellation is reviewed individually and approved only if criteria are met. - Special offers are non-refundable and non-cancellable. - Additional paid services (cleaning, parking, storage, etc.) have an eight-week cancellation notice, and cannot be canceled for bookings shorter than eight weeks.
