The elevated position of the village provides panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding hills and forests offer numerous trails for hiking and nature walks. The closest restaurant is a 1-minute walk away and there are several supermarkets within a 10-minute drive. The village is a great base from which to explore other charming towns around Lake Maggiore, such as Stresa (a 12-minute drive), Baveno (a 13-minute drive), and Verbania (a 20-minute drive). These towns offer attractions, including botanical gardens, historic villas and vibrant markets. From Stresa guests will find frequent boat tours to the Borromeo’s islands and for golf enthusiasts Golf Club Alpino di Stresa is a 3-minute drive away. The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), a 40-minute drive from the accommodation. Note- Pool is open from 1st june to 20th September.
