DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE For stays of 30 days or more, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card upon check-in. The security deposit is required by the owners as a guarantee in case of damage to the apartment or if valuables are missing. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after a check on the condition of the apartment (usually after the check-out date), if no damages are found.
