Partial Rent for Mid-Month Check-In - If your check-in date falls in the middle of the month, the landlord may charge the pro-rated rent for that partial month directly. - This amount will depend on your exact check-in date and the monthly rent. 5. Banking Service Costs When making payments to the landlord for service fees, deposit, utilities, or any potential partial rent, you may be subject to additional banking or transaction fees. These costs vary depending on your bank or payment method and are your responsibility. 6. Documents Required for Monthly Rent Payments If you wish to pay the rent monthly, you must provide documents showing that you (or your guarantor) can afford the rent. This includes: - Payslips - Tax notices or equivalent financial proof 7. Cancellation Policy Before Check-In - 60+ days before check-in: 100% refund of the first month’s rent paid - Between 59 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the first month’s rent paid - Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund 8. Cancellation Policy After Check-In - If you decide to leave earlier than the agreed end date, a 2-month notice period is required in order to receive the security deposit back. - If you give less than 2 months' notice, the security deposit will be retained.
