Wifi included, towels and sheets. Building with lift. Communal laundry room 5 minutes walk from the studio. Utilities (electricity and water) are NOT INCLUDED in the rent of the flat. Wifi is included. A minimum consumption fee of 90€ per month will be charged. At the end of the stay, we will check the bills and if there is excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
