48 hours after booking you are entitled to a full refund of deposit. 30 days prior to stay 50% of the booking total is refundable A rental Agreement will be signed and a fee of £1.00 will be deducted from your credit card in file to confirm the booking.
Contract closure costs
A deposit of 25% of the booking amount is required at the time of booking. This is to secure the property and make it available for the requested dates. A holding deposit of £500.00 will be charged 1 day before your check-in to deal with any damages
