Questa soluzione abitativa è perfetta per soggiorni brevi grazie ai numerosi comfort moderni e agli spazi funzionali pensati per offrire un’esperienza piacevole e rilassante. L’appartamento si sviluppa su due livelli e può ospitare comodamente fino a quattro persone. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con Smart TV e un divano letto matrimoniale, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in città. La cucina moderna è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione e lavastoviglie, ideale per chi desidera preparare pasti in autonomia. The apartment is on two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. On the ground floor is the living area with Smart TV and a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day spent in the city. Going downstairs, you access the spacious and quiet double bedroom and the bathroom with a large shower, located on the first floor, to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
