The bright and attractive apartment is located in a well-maintained multi-family house in a central and convenient area. Public transport is just a 5-minute walk away, providing excellent access to all parts of Munich. Numerous shopping and retail options are within walking distance. Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by bright and friendly rooms furnished with great attention to comfort, quality, and design. Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, allowing you to move in with just a suitcase. The modern bathroom features sand-colored tiles, a walk-in shower, and a rain shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine with drying function. Balconies or loggias are furnished with a table and two chairs. Some of our apartments are currently undergoing renovation. Should this be the case, all apartments are guaranteed to be ready for occupancy by the agreed move-in date. After completion, they meet our high standards of quality and furnishing. As all our apartments follow the same design concept, you can expect an equally attractive and comfortable living environment. The images shown may be sample images and serve to illustrate the furnishing style and standard. A lockable cellar compartment is also included. Electricity and heating costs are included in the warm rent. Only internet and broadcasting fees are shared with your housemates.
