Comodissimo per tutte le facoltà universitarie. L'appartamento è progettato in stile moderno con camere spaziose e una grande cucina. Il quartiere è centralissimo e sicuro. A pochissimi minuti a piedi da piazza maggiore, Via Ugo Bassi e Via Rizzoli, Zamboni e Indipendenza. Zona strategica comoda per università (tutte le sue sedi dislocate) e Stazione Centrale dei treni. Supermercato, farmacia, tabacchi, bar e ristoranti sotto casa. Appartamento ristrutturato totalmente di recente. La stanza ha tutto il necessario per vivere, lavorare e studiare . Dagli elettrodomestici alla biancheria, internet e altro ancora. Piano alto, molto luminoso. Infissi con doppio vetro che isolano rumori e calore/freddo. Si affitta a persona responsabile e pulita e che possa curarsi dell’appartamento. Si procederà ad un inventario con foto al check in e al check out e ogni eventuale danno verrà addebitato. REGOLE DELLA CASA Non è possibile organizzare feste. Non è possibile ospitare amici/parenti. No animali. No fumatori. Regolare contratto registrato.
