Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Welcome to Hiis, a spacious and stylish haven located in the vibrant Rios Rosas neighborhood. Whether you're interested in cultural attractions, shopping, or dining out, you'll find it all just a stone's throw away. This 100-square-meter apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, modernity, and a beach-inspired design theme, providing you with an ideal retreat during your stay in Madrid.

Hiis features two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each boasting a luxurious queen-size bed. The beach design theme adds a touch of coastal elegance to the ambiance. Soft colors, tasteful decor, and thoughtful details create an environment that inspires relaxation and tranquility, reminiscent of a soothing beach retreat. One of the bedrooms is located in a loft above the living room, complete with an ensuite bathroom, for added privacy. The apartment also provides a second bathroom for your convenience, ensuring that you have ample facilities for your stay.

The open plan living room and kitchen serve as the heart of the apartment. This inviting space features a full entertainment system that beckons you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. A dedicated workstation allows you to attend to any work or personal tasks with ease. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or gathering with friends and family. The fully furnished kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to create culinary delights. 

From the living room, step out onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh air of Madrid. The terrace serves as a delightful extension of the living space, offering a comfortable sitting area where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere.

To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Hiis is equipped with split air conditioning in all rooms, allowing you to regulate the indoor climate according to your preference. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. 

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. 

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.
