In spring 2019 apartment opened this apartment house in Wolfsburg. 68 fully equipped apartments from Xtra Smart to Xtra Luxury with the best connection from Vorsfelde to Wolfsburg and the possibilty to have breakfast at „Mutter Grün“, a fine organic supermarket on the ground floor with a nice snack department (small continental breakfast for EUR 7.00 per person; Mondays to Saturdays from 7-12 am) awaits the guests. Public transport stops are located in front of the door and the bus takes only about 12 minutes driving time to reach the first of more than 20 factory entrances of Volkswagen. The lounge on the ground floor will be available from spring 2020. This also applies to a further 6 apartments that are currently being built in the neighbouring building, a atmospheric old building from the year 1780. The apartment Smart with an attractive size has everything you need for a longer and more comfortable stay. It is fully equipped and cleverly divided: Designer kitchen, lounge and work area included. The floor is laid with oak parquet. The bed has a width of 1.40 m or 1.60 m and offers comfortable space - even for two people. You can also enjoy a good book, listen to music or watch TV in your comfortable armchair. From mid-2019 you can also relax in our lounge on the ground floor.
