L'edificio La Flavia Design City Suites è stato costruito nel 1949 su progetto dell'architetto Angelo di Castro ed è stato totalmente ristrutturato alla fine del 2019; ha 8 piani e 2 ascensori e con la sua particolarità architettonica e l'accurata scelta degli arredi la sua luminosità e modernità lo rendono un luogo speciale per il vostro soggiorno a Roma. 

Si trova in una delle zone più autentiche della capitale e vicino al quartiere Trevi. La stazione Termini, Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini e il Teatro dell'Opera di Roma sono raggiungibili a piedi in soli 10 minuti. Via Flavia si trova nel quartiere di Sallustiano, situato nella parte settentrionale del Quirinale, uno dei sette colli su cui fu fondata Roma. 
Questo quartiere può essere diviso in due aree, una tra via Piave e via Piemonte-via Salandra, con una moderata densità di popolazione, e la restante fino a via Bissolati, praticamente disabitata e con un'alta concentrazione di uffici e ministeri. Vicino a via Flavia si trova la bellissima piazza Fiume, dove si trovano meravigliosi palazzi del passato insieme a edifici di architettura moderna. Vicino a Piazza Fiume si trova Porta Pia, una bellissima struttura realizzata da Michelangelo Buonarroti, divenuta famosa nel 1870, quando ci fu la battaglia tra le truppe papali e quelle italiane, che segnò la fine del potere papale e il ritorno di Roma all'Italia. Via Flavia accoglie l'innovazione unita alla storia. Ricca di diversi ristoranti dove si possono gustare i piatti tipici della capitale. La zona è collegata da autobus e metropolitana, si trova a pochi metri da Via Veneto, Piazza Della Repubblica e Via Nazionale.

La zona è ricca di ristoranti, bar, locali e negozi, infatti c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta.

Nella zona sono presenti diversi supermercati; COOP in via Venti Settembre aperto fino alle 20.30 e anche il Supermercato Locale PAM sempre in via Venti Settembre aperto fino alle 22.00.
Il cinema più vicino si trova in Corso d'Italia 107, il Cinema Europa.
La Farmacia Gellini si trova in Corso d'Italia n. 100 ed è aperta 24 ore al giorno.

The building La Flavia Design City Suites was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019, it has 8 floors and 2 elevators and with its  architectural particularity and careful choice of furniture its brightness and modernism makes it a special place for your stay in Rome. 

It is located in one of the most authentic areas of the capital and close to the Trevi neighbourhood. Termini station, Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini and the Rome Opera Theatre can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. Via Flavia is located in the Sallustiano neighborhood which is located in the northern part of the Quirinale hill, one of the seven hills on which Rome was founded. 
This neighborhood can be divided into two areas, one between via Piave and via Piemonte-via Salandra, with a moderate population density, and the remaining one up to via Bissolati, practically uninhabited and with a high concentration of offices and ministries. Close to Via Flavia there is the beautiful Piazza Fiume, where there are marvelous palaces of the past together with buildings of modern architecture. Near Piazza Fiume there is Porta Pia, a beautiful structure built by Michelangelo Buonarroti, which became famous in 1870, when there was the battle between the papal troops and the Italian troops, which marked the end of papal power and the return of Rome to Italy. Via Flavia welcomes innovation combined with history. Full of different restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes of the capital. The area is connected by bus and metro, it is located a few meters from Via Veneto, Piazza Della Repubblica, and Via Nazionale.
