You will find all besheets when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them at your move out, the price is aprox 60.-€ per room, a total of aprox 180.-€.. High-speed WiFi is included. Utilities are included in the price up to 180.-€ a month. Cleaning service is not included in the rent. It is mandatory to hire a cleaning service of at least six hours a month for hygiene reasons, the cleaning lady charges €10.- per hour and it will be paid directly to the cleaning lady among all the occupants of the apartment. So each student 20.-€ a month for the cleaning. For the apartment reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage.
