It is mandatory to hire a cleaning service of at least four hours a month for hygiene reasons, the cleaning lady charges €10.- per hour and it will be paid directly to the cleaning lady among all the occupants of the apartment. So each occupant has to pay 20.-€ a month for the cleaning. For the apartment reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent.
