Es por eso que es una de las zonas más demandada por los universitarios que vienen a Madrid. En su proximidad se encuentran, supermercados, restaurantes, bares y cuenta con una magnífica conexión de transportes (Bus y Metro). Muy cerca podemos encontrar parques y espacios verdes.
