En el barrio de Argüelles están algunas de las universidades más prestigiosas como ICADE, o la Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, además está al lado de la Ciudad Universitaria. Es por eso que es la zona más demandada por todos los estudiantes universitarios que vienen a Madrid. Argüelles cuenta con todos los servicios (centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio, parques, cines, gimnasios). Es un barrio seguro en el que podrás disfrutar de un ambiente donde se mezclan lo castizo y lo internacional.
