El salón tiene un sofá grande, una mesa para 4 personas (extensible) y televisión. Hay diferentes espacios de almacenaje y el estudio cuenta con un baño completo, con plato de ducha e hidromasaje. El precio del alquiler incluye el internet. Los gastos de consumo NO están incluidos. La decoración es cuidada y medida con los elementos justos y necesarios para hacer la vida diaria más fácil. El piso está ubicado en la zona de Diego de Léon, cuya ubicación es ideal para personas que quieran vivir la experiencia de vivir en una zona céntrica de Madrid. A escasos metros de la boca de metro de Diego de León y con varios supermercados al lado. En su proximidad se encuentran restaurantes y bares, y cuenta con una magnífica conexión de transportes (Bus y Metro). Muy cerca podemos encontrar parques y espacios verdes. Es un barrio seguro en el que podrás disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo y a muy pocos metros disfrutar de unas de las mejores zonas para salir a tomar algo (zona de Diego de León).
