Se encuentra en el barrio de Vallecas, en una zona residencial, cerca del Campus Sur de la Universidad Politécnica, y del Campus de Vicalvaro de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Tiene todo tipo de servicios alrededor (supermercados, parques, zonas deportivas, bares...) Y además cuenta con muy buena comunicación con el resto de la ciudad en la Línea 1 (azul) del Metro. Nuestro horario comercial de check in /out es de Lunes a Jueves de 9:00 am hasta 18:00 pm y los Viernes de 09:00 am a 15:00 pm, si tu llegada no está dentro de nuestro horario comercial debes abonar un importe de 75€ . (No se contempla el servicio de check in/out de madrugada).
