Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month. To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Cancellations of this, must be submitted at least three months in advance of your check-out date. For instance, if you plan to check out on December 31, the latest acceptable cancellation notice would be September 30. Both the security deposit and membership fee are required to be paid before your check-in date and must be received in the landlord’s bank account. Please note that the deposit refund may take up to 8 weeks after check-out. BOOKING CANCELLATION PRE CHECK-IN: 1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 100% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund.
