Luxurious and bright apartment, on the ground floor, furnished with modern style consisting of: independent entrance, courtyard with table and chairs where you can have lunch. Hall, kitchen equipped with all the main amenities, double bedroom and very spacious bathroom with shower. Downstairs we find the second double bedroom with spacious bathroom including shower and another room dedicated to laundry. The beds are new and comfortable. All complemented by Wi-Fi, air conditioning present in all rooms and TV. RENTAL CONTRACT: - It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Code in order to sign the rental contract; - The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in on time; PAYMENTS: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to settle the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting at €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the apartment and the contract registration fee of €150.
