El salón se divide en dos estancias, una de ellas sala de estar con televisión y la otra con una mesa de comedor para 6 comensales. La terraza privada dispone de muebles y decoración de jardín, con mesa, sillas, plantas e incluso hamacas para tomar el sol. Las vistas panorámicas del centro de Sevilla son únicas. Este apartamento es también perfecto para familias. Cuenta con dos cunas, dos tronas e incluso una bañera para bebés, para que pueda viajar con total comodidad con los más pequeños. La zona de la Magdalena es una de las mejores del centro de Sevilla, es muy segura, tranquila y con muy buenos accesos. Se encuentra a muy poca de distancia de la Catedral y la Giralda, 7-8 minutos caminando. A unos metros del apartamento puede encontrar supermercados, restaurantes, bares, etc. Aunque no necesitará el coche en ningún momento, pues puede ir a cualquier lugar del centro caminando, también dispone de dos garajes muy cercanos, uno de ellos a escasos 50m2 en el que podrá dejar su vehículo con un coste aproximado de 20€/día. [EN] The apartment Magdalena Terrace is ideally located in the center of Sevilla and consists of three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with two different areas for dining and relaxing. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the second one there are two individual twin beds and in the last one there are high-standard bunk beds. The apartment is also equipped with an additional bed so it can accomodate up to seven guests. A true highlight, however, is the beautifully decorated private terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. As it is ideally located in the heart of Seville and just a short walk from all the major sights the terrace offers unique views over the city center. This apartment is also perfect for families. It has two cribs, two highchairs and even a bathtub for babies, so you can travel in total comfort with the little ones. The Magdalena district is one of the nicest and most convenient ones in the city center of Seville. It is very safe, quite and still very close to all major points of interest. The Cathedral and the Giralda are just a seven-minute walk away. Just a few metres from the apartment one can also find supermarkets, restaurants and numerous bars. Although there is definitely no need of having access to a car during your stay at the apartment Magdalena Terrace there are two garages provided that are located near the apartment.
