(EN) EARLY RELEASE: If the RESIDENT decides to permanently leave the Property before the last month of the Accommodation Agreement, the RESIDENT must give the LANDLORD at least a 30 (thirty) days’ prior notice of termination of the Accommodation Agreement by e-mail. Compensation: In case of Early Release, the RESIDENT agrees to pay the rent for the month following that of the release and, in the absence of compliance with the notice period, to pay the rent equivalent to 2 (two) months. The RESIDENT also accepts and acknowledges that the Security Deposit will not be refunded. BREACH AND TERMINATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT: If the RESIDENT is in breach of this Accommodation Agreement or the House Rules, in particular, if the RESIDENT fails to pay the rent on time or causes any significant damage to the Property, the LANDLORD has the right to terminate this Accommodation Agreement or demand immediate reinstatement and, in any case, claim compensation for any damages. Communication and effectiveness of Termination: The right of termination provided for in the previous number is exercised by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and by e-mail and takes effect 15 (fifteen) days after its receipt, unless the irregular situation is normalized within that period.
