With both feet on the ground (and even more), I am the proof that the future of living is not only found in space and science-fiction stories! I am a bright and freshly renovated residence founded in 1970 Nantes. I am located 15-minute away from Nantes city centre and very (very) easy to reach by T1 tram. I am quite big: 315 sqm, enough to accommodate the exciting lives of 11 joyous and happy tenants. My plan for pleasing you? Living room, kitchen, dining room but also a nice garden.
