Questo appartamento molto luminoso è un trilocale elegante dalle finiture ricercate: la zona giorno si compone di un ampio salotto con luminose vetrate che permettono ingresso nel terrazzo dove è possibile sia fare una tranquilla colazione che riposarsi su una comoda sdraia. In terrazza troviamo anche un piccolo tavolo con sedie per area relax. Il salotto luminoso e spazioso è dotato di divano e tavolo da pranzo. Dal salotto si accede alla cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffè. Concludono la casa la camera matrimoniale con bagno e armadio e camera da letto singola con bagno in camera.
