Our apartments give students style, comfort and security without the need to travel far for the necessities as shopping and entertainment are on the doorstep. Please note: Images are used to represent the quality and style of our different room types across our different buildings, and should not be used as a guarantee of design, layout, fixtures and fittings. If the booking request is accepted, you will receive a module to complete the booking process and select the payment plan. You will pay two weeks rent to block the option for you and after that choose the payment plan. You will be able to choose, depending on the residence, a payment plan of 4 installments or an annual payment.

Unless you have booked a Clearing Room (see special cancellation terms for Clearing Rooms below) you can cancel free of charge: If you are within your cooling off period; your cooling off period is 5 days from the date of booking, for bookings made until 25th May 2022, and 48 hours for bookings made on or after 25th May 2022 If you are declined a Visa to study in the UK; until 16th August 2022 If you are declined a place at university (not applicable if you choose to withdraw from your place at university) To be eligible to cancel, you must supply suitable proof to us in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in circumstances (proof is not required within your cooling-off period). Outside of these terms, in order to cancel you must organise a replacement student to take over your contract and take over the liability for the License Fee (and you will still be responsible for all payments until a replacement is found). For the avoidance of doubt, if at any point you have checked in to your booking, you are no longer eligible to cancel free of charge and must find a replacement student. If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance Licence Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid. Once you have booked and the 5 days has elapsed (or 48 hours after 25th May 2022), you are bound into a legal licence agreement which requires you to pay for the full period of the licence agreement.

Booking is simple, fast and secure: 1. Submit your request: click on “rent now”, enter your check-in and check-out dates, fill in your personal information and upload any required documents. 2. Payment pre-authorization: enter your credit card, PayPal, or instant transfer details to pre-authorize an amount equal to the first month’s rent and our service fee. 3. Property response: the property has 48 hours to accept or decline your request. If accepted, the amount is charged and the booking confirmed. If declined, the pre-authorized amount is automatically released. 4. Confirmation: Once you receive the confirmation email, the landlord will contact you regarding the contract, check-in arrangements, deposit payment and any other administrative costs.
Yes. In some cases, the landlord may propose changes to your booking request. The main reasons include: 1. The requested dates may not be available due to overlapping bookings or specific needs of the landlord. 2. Price adjustments based on particular circumstances, such as seasonal rates, additional services requested, or discrepancies in the initially listed price. In these cases, you can choose to accept the alternative proposal or decline it and receive a refund of the amount paid during booking.
Yes. Please keep in mind: 1. Always use the same email address when sending multiple requests. 2. If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. 3. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.
