Live stress-free in a fully furnished and equipped private apartment! Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase. The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as your want (our minimum rental period is 3 months, with a termination notice of 1 month). The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following: - rent - utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating) - high-speed internet - beautiful design furniture - cleaning service (every two weeks) - CPR registration - Netflix & Disney+ As a member of our community, you get access to a broader network of young professionals that live in our apartments in Copenhagen, London, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Oslo and more. Our members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room/apartment swap with members in other cities. Please be aware that Roomless is an online booking platform. Landlord Terms and Conditions

1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: reimbursement of 100% of the First Instalment minus the amount of the Roomless Fees. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: refund of 50% of the First Payment less the amount relating to Roomless commissions 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund.
