 All the bills will be share with the other tenants that are Erasmus university students.

Given its location, the apartment is suitable for those who must move daily to Venice (workers and students) or in the backcountry like Treviso or Padova. The rental contract is valid for all the semester (for different necessity just ask). 
  
 The rent plus the condominium monthly service costs are fixed as € 369,00.  
 In this value are included: the central heating, elevator, ordinarily maintenance and staircase lighting. 
 The bills (water, electricity, cooking gas, waste tax, internet) are usually low and they vary according to consumption.
