Autres caractéristiques à prendre en compte : - L'appartement dispose 4 chambres (2 chambres sont loués à des jeunes étudiants calmes en bail meublé classique. Les 2 autres chambres sont loués en bail mobilité pour une période de 1 à 10 mois). - La chambre peut accueillir 1 personne. - Le ménage de sortie n'est pas compris dans le prix de la réservation. Il revient au locataire de faire le ménage de sa chambre au moment du check-out. - Il appartient au locataire de partager les tâches ménagères avec les autres occupants de l'appartement.
