We invite you to our charming Garden Lounge Satzberg apartment for a tranquil nature getaway in one of Vienna’s greenest districts – Penzing. This charming modern apartment is perfect for those that want to experience the history and culture of Vienna whilst staying close to nature in a quiet neighbourhood. Despite its location on the outskirts of Vienna, the tram that stops around the corner of the apartment will take you directly to the city centre in only 35 minutes. 

 The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and an additional pull-out sofa in the living room. A small but well-equipped kitchen and the adjacent dining area can also be found in the stylish living room. There is ample closet space for all of your belongings in the bedroom. The bathroom features a shower and is further equipped with a washing machine. In addition to the vast green area in the neighbourhood, the apartment has its own small garden, your private little green oasis. The entire apartment has been decorated with a love for detail and earthy tones to create a bright and homey space. We hope to make you feel right at home in this peaceful and tranquil space, whilst you experience all the culture and history that Vienna has to offer.  

The apartment is located in Satzberggasse, a side street of the main Linzer Straße. You will find a supermarket and pharmacy as soon as you turn onto this street.  Furthermore, the tram line 49 stops here (station Satzberggasse), just 150 metres from your house door, and it takes you directly to the city centre in only 35 minutes, terminating nearby the Parliament and Ho(hidden)urg Palace. Alternatively, you can take a 10-minute walk to the Hütteldorf metro station, connecting you to the U4 and taking you directly to the city centre as well (station Karlsplatz). Notable stops along the way include the Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens (4-5 stops away), and the Naschmarkt near the city centre (metro station Karlsplatz or Kettenbrückengasse). Moreover, a Park and Ride garage is located right next to the Hütteldorf station where you can park for less than 5 Euro a day.

There are parking spaces just around the corner, which are bookable with an extra charge. In addition, this apartment is cleaned weekly and is equipped with bed linen and towels, which are also changed weekly. The building has a laundry room, which is equipped with washing machines and dryers and can be used at no cost. There is also a bicycle storage room directly in the building as well as a supermarket across the street.

The apartment is well connected to public transportation, with the U4 and U6 subway lines just two short minutes walk away. Also the Westbahnhof, is just around the corner, on foot you need about 12 minutes, with public transport it is even faster.

The rental contract can be renewed every 6 months.
