The apartment has two large bedrooms, a large living/dining room and a large kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is in a separate room. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, which is accessed via 10 steps in the stairwell. The well-maintained, old Viennese building dates back to 1890 and has 3.60 m high walls. You will enjoy the special sense of space it offers. I am happy to provide further information.

Non-smoking apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, 600 EUR will be charged for the special smoke cleaning. Please do not leave your keys inside in the door lock of the apartment when you leave the apartment. Please do not use the key box after check-in and always take the key with you when leaving the apartment. For insurance reasons, the key must not remain in the key box longer than necessary.
