We have a beautiful furnished private room available in our apartment. Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase.

The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as your want (our minimum rental period is 3 months, with a termination notice of 1 month). 

The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following:
- rent
- utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating)
- high-speed internet
- beautiful design furniture
- cleaning shared space (2 x per week)
- cleaning private rooms (1 x per week)
- linen service (every two weeks)
- shared household supplies s.a. toilet paper, laundry detergent, salt & pepper etc.
- CPR registration
- Netflix & Disney+

As a member of our co-living community, you get access to a broader network of young professionals that live in our apartments in London, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Oslo and more. Our members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room swap with members in other cities.

Newly and completely renovated apartment with entrance to a long hallway from which there is access to all bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom.
All floors are of solid wood, which is classic for an Copenhagen apartment. 
Nice kitchen with all necessary appliances and a dining table. 
Beautiful bathroom with separate shower niche and built-in washer/dryer.
All bedrooms are rather large, specially Room 3 with a massive 24 m2.

Frederiksberg is one of the more chic and polished neighbourhoods of Copenhagen. This area has lots of charm and history, and a distinct feel from the rest of Copenhagen’s neighbourhoods. With well-preserved buildings, beautiful public parks, and even some coveted lakefront - Frederiksberg is certainly one of the most beautiful areas of the city.

The apartment is located on the cosy H.C. Ørsteds Vej with many shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. nearby.  Metro station 'Forum' is 400 meters from the apartment and you have several busses at your door step as well as walking distance to several sought after destinations in Copenhagen, like Jægersborggade, a street with top-trendy cafes, restaurants and bakeries, Assistens Kirkegård where you can find Hans Christian Andersens burial site and of course the Lakes where lots of people go for a run.

Frederiksberg is one of the more chic and polished neighbourhoods of Copenhagen. This area has lots of charm and history, and a distinct feel from the rest of Copenhagen’s neighbourhoods. With well-preserved buildings, beautiful public parks, and even some coveted lakefront - Frederiksberg is certainly one of the most beautiful areas of the city.

At the bottom of the building lies one of the best (and most expensive) bakery in Denmark, Lagkagehuset. There is a 7 eleven on one corner, and a big Kvickly supermarket on the next corner. The metro stop “Axel Møllers Have” is a 5 min walk away. Behind the building lies the very small garden of Hostrups Have (as part of the building block) which can also be enjoyed on a nice day. Frederiksberg public swimming pool is no more than a 10 min walk away, and it is one of Denmark’s oldest swimming pools. It also has a spa and gym area. About 5 min in each direction lies two beautiful green spots, perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Landbohøjskolen garden as well as Assistens Kirkegården (cemetery). This apartment is located in Frederiksberg, known as the most fashionable area of Copenhagen, and also one of the most expensive neighborhoods, filled with big gorgeous villas and beautifully kept streets. The area is very green, with a diverse range of parks and gardens. The apartment itself is located very closely to the multicultural, popular and bustling area of Nørrebro. If you want to visit the heart of Frederiksberg, take a stroll down Frederiksberg Allé, at the main entrance of Frederiksberg Gardens, all the way down to Værndamsvej and indulge in the beauty of the tree-lined avenue. The building is a part of a larger building block in Hostrups Have which means Hostrups garden. It is named after the author Jens Christian Hostrup. The buildings were built in 1930 after I.H.Rubens factories were torn down. The architect of the building is Hans Dahlerup Bertelsen (1881 - 1939).

The building dates back to the middle of the 1900s and has been thoroughly renovated with an eye for the architectural and aesthetic details. This unique apartment in the heart of Frederiksberg offers the very rare find of a private rooftop terrace. Here, you live close to a popular area, and yet there is peace and quietness at the top. The apartment offers 3 single rooms and 2 couple rooms. There is a large open kitchen and lounge area that also contains a big shared balcony overviewing the quiet courtyard. There are 2 big beautiful bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. One of the couple rooms offers a completely unique big private balcony.

The apartment is located in the same building as the iconic "Blå Hund" café, which is one of the first cafés ever to open in this area at the end of the 1980s. The apartment also offers wonderful views of the Aksel Møller Garden, built in 1946 as well as the Frederiksberg public pool. This is also where the metro line is currently expanding with an additional line, and access will be available in the summer of 2019 providing easy access to all points of the city.

Room 3 Standard

Description - space
The apartment is located in Frederiksberg, a municipality different from Copenhagen but in the same area. This cute apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful and restored old building from 1872. The street of the apartment is historically known, dating back to the 1700. It was originally used as the kings private road leading to his new summer residence, Frederiksberg Palace. Today it is a famous street used for big events, like pride parade, bike races, half-marathons, and royal celebrations. It has a smaller but very cozy layout, that gives the apartment a homey feeling. The big kitchen also has a high-raised dining table that can sit around 7-8 individuals. The spacious living room provides comfort and ability to host dozen of people. With a big TV, it is perfect for movie nights and relaxed evenings. The rooms vary in size, with two facing the street and two facing the back court-yard. There is access to the courtyard from the apartment. There is also a basement, where there is room for minimal storage allocated to each member.
