This cozy apartment has a total of five rooms, with two couple rooms and three single rooms. In the middle of the apartment is the central point for all flatmates. This big room has both the living room and dining room, making it the perfect place to gather people, socialise and watch movies together after a great dinner. There are two bathrooms, both with showers right next to each other. The kitchen has a modern touch and is spacious enough for several people to prepare food simultaneously.

Vesterbro is one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world (it was actually awarded this title in 2017!). It is a very diverse district, home to people from all over the world and also suited to everyone from creatives and students to families and retirees. Vesterbro offers a little bit of everything, great food, bars, shops, and very close proximity to the downtown area without the hustle and bustle at your doorstep.

The wonderful thing about this apartment is how close it is the the water, where it is possible to swim in the summer time, and go for nice walks during the winter.

This well-planned neighbourhood is home to Copenhagen’s largest park, best cafes, national football team, and so much more. Living in Østerbro means you’ll have a calm spacious environment around you, the perfect blend of countryside peace and downtown city living.

From the apartment you have a 3 minute walk to Metro station 'Poul Heningsens Plads' or 'Trianglen'.
Right outside your street door you have the vibrant part of Østerbrogade where you'll find all the shops, supermarkets and cafés you need. Within 1 minute walk you'll also find the largest park in Copenhagen, Fælledparken, with many different possibilities to do sports and leisure acitivities, watch the local soccer team FC København play on the national soccer stadium, or - which is very popular during summertime - assemble a larger group of people for some 'hygge' with barbecue and drinks on the large green areas in the park. 
Last but not least you have a 5 minute walk to the famous Lakes where people hang out, go for a run or enjoy one of the many café's along the lakeside, or you can bike 5 minutes to the popular Svanemøllen Beach.

Gertrud is a fully furnished and equipped 3-bedroom apartment for 3 individuals in a residential and calm neighbourhood. The apartment has a shared living room with a modern open kitchen and attached balcony. There is one spacious bathroom. Room 2 has a private balcony attached and room 3 has a big walk-in closet.

Sydhavnen is a neighbourhood just south of the city centre that mixes nature, an architectural boom and authentic harbour-side living. This former fishing area is experiencing an architectural boom and should be your go-to place for waterside experiences. Many buildings in Sydhavnen are directly on the water and the streets are set up around many different canals that are connected, giving you the feeling you are in the modern version of Venice. Renting a stand-up paddleboard or a canoe and sailing the canals is a popular activity in Sluseholmen. There is also a harbour bath including a sauna during the winter months. In the last years, Sydhavnen has become booming and new cafes and restaurants have popped up, making it practically unnecessary to leave the area.

Go for a swim in front of your building ! The apartment is located on the beautiful Teglholmen island in the area of Sydhavn, surrounded by water on two sides. 
Just outside your door and in the same building, you'll find a cosy bakery: 'Mille's Mini's' with arguably the best cafe latte in town and many fine homemade cookies pastries - yummi! 
Go for a walk, take a run along the water or ride on your paddle board in the harbour. 
Specially in summer, the water is a popular place and perfect for a refreshing dive. From the apartment it's a 5-7 minute bike ride to Vesterbro and the popular meatpacking district and 10 minutes to the Central station.

Nørrebro is definitely one of the hippest and most vibrant areas in Copenhagen, but it’s most commonly recognized for its multiculturalism. So many cultures form the fabric of Nørrebro, so it’s no wonder that this neighbourhood is full of amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars; serving flavours from all over the globe. There are tons of shops to visit and lots of art to take in, both in galleries and on the streets.

Nørrebro is filled with stylish design stores, secondhand shops, galleries, flea markets and parks. A dream for the artist and dreamer. Streets such as Ravnsborggade and Jægersborggade brims with incredible restaurants, cafés and nightlife vibes. Nørrebro brags to have the most vivid nightlife in the city. With its mixed crowd and rich culture, you will always have something to explore in Nørrebro. This is also where you can find cheap haircuts, tons of bike shops and shawarma ad libitum. Nørrebro is known for having a yearly kebab championship! Kösem on Nørrebrogade 186 has won it twice in a row.
