The apartment building is from 1900. There are a total of six rooms spread around the apartment, with two couple rooms and four single rooms. The uniqueness of this apartment is the large and spacious living room and dining room that are connected at the center of the apartment. At the bottom of the building lies one of the best (and most expensive) bakery in Denmark, Lagkagehuset. There is a 7 eleven on one corner, and a big Kvickly supermarket on the next corner. The metro stop “Axel Møllers Have” is a 5 min walk away. Behind the building lies the very small garden of Hostrups Have (as part of the building block) which can also be enjoyed on a nice day. Frederiksberg public swimming pool is no more than a 10 min walk away, and it is one of Denmark’s oldest swimming pools. It also has a spa and gym area. About 5 min in each direction lies two beautiful green spots, perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Landbohøjskolen garden as well as Assistens Kirkegården (cemetery).
