We have a beautiful furnished private room available in our apartment. Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase.

The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as your want (our minimum rental period is 3 months, with a termination notice of 1 month). 

The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following:
- rent
- utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating)
- high-speed internet
- beautiful design furniture
- cleaning shared space (2 x per week)
- cleaning private rooms (1 x per week)
- linen service (every two weeks)
- shared household supplies s.a. toilet paper, laundry detergent, salt & pepper etc.

As a member of our co-living community, you get access to a broader network of young professionals that live in our apartments in London, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Oslo and more. Our members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room swap with members in other cities.

Please be aware that Roomless is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you want to apply, you can contact me via the platform. Room 4 Standard+

Description - space
The apartment building is from 1900. There are a total of six rooms spread around the apartment, with two couple rooms and four single rooms. The uniqueness of this apartment is the large and spacious living room and dining room that are connected at the center of the apartment. This gives it the perfect hangout area, for movie nights, house dinners, game nights or just casual reading. There are two big bathrooms at each end of the apartment. The hallway leads to an open kitchen where there is lots of room for multiple people to make food simultaneously.

Room 5 Mighty

Description - space
The apartment consists of 6 single rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 open kitchen and lounge area. The apartment is located on upper ground floor and has special sound protection windows. The building is from 1894 and has kept the charm of the old days. In room 3, 4 and 5 you’ll still find historic fireplaces and most rooms have stuccoed ceilings. Another highlight of the building is the shared rooftop terrace.

Description - around the apartment
The apartment is located in the middle of Copenhagen. A short walk from the apartment you have the harbour and a bridge that takes you over to the old and charming neighborhood of Islands Brygge and Christianshavn. In the other direction, the apartment is a short walk to the City Hall (where the metro line runs) and the pedestrian shopping street of Copenhagen starts.

Room 4 Jumbo+

Description - space
This apartment is technically two separate apartments that are interpreted as one. This means that there is a big apartment on the first floor with a total of seven rooms: one couples room and six single rooms. The second apartment is on the second floor and has a total of four rooms: one couples room and three single rooms. The reason it feels like one big apartment is because these two basically have their own entrance corridor. On the first floor there is a large dining room area which is connected to the open kitchen. This is where all sunday dinners and get together take place. There are two bathrooms and one toilet. In the back of the apartment is the cozy living room, which is great for movie nights. The second floor is more petit, giving it a homey and warm atmosphere. There is a big bathroom and a toilet. In the open kitchen is a round table that can fit around 8 individuals. In the same open space is a cozy corner for the living room area. There is also a lovely terrace, that can fit around 10 people, on the top floor of the building next door that belongs to this LifeX apartment

Room 9 Standard

Description - space
The apartment is a cozy home with five rooms, one couples room and four single rooms. The living room is the center of the apartment and therefore is perfect for gathering housemates for a movie night, chats or board games. The dining room is a large high table located in the kitchen. This gives it the perfect social atmosphere when preparing food with housemates or when having friends over. There are two bathrooms next to each other, both with a shower. The uniqueness of this apartment is the location as it is right across from the most convenient transportation hub (with metro, S-train, regional train, and buses).
