The front door opens up into a large dining room and kitchen winding down into the cozy living room that’s perfect for a movie night. All the rooms branch out from the main living spaces providing privacy as well as access to all this apartment has to offer. The second unit is just one floor above and houses up to three additional members. The smaller kitchen and dining space is still big enough to host an eight person dinner around its large dining table and provides a living room area that’s perfect for a follow up glass of wine or cup of tea. On warm nights, take your party up to the adjacent roof top terrace for excellent views and great conversation.

The living room is the center of the apartment and therefore is perfect for gathering housemates for a movie night, chats or board games. The dining room is a large high table located in the kitchen. This gives it the perfect social atmosphere when preparing food with housemates or when having friends over. There are two bathrooms next to each other, both with a shower. The uniqueness of this apartment is the location as it is right across from the most convenient transportation hub (with metro, S-train, regional train, and buses).

The uniqueness of this apartment is the large and spacious living room and dining room that are connected at the center of the apartment. This gives it the perfect hangout area, for movie nights, house dinners, game nights or just casual reading. There are two big bathrooms at each end of the apartment. The hallway leads to an open kitchen where there is lots of room for multiple people to make food simultaneously.

If cobblestones, church bells and a quintessentially european atmosphere are what you crave; this apartment is for you. Nyboder hosts five rooms (one couples room and four single rooms), two full bathrooms, a centralized large kitchen space, and a combined living and dining space perfect for get-togethers or sharing a meal. Nyboder is an excellent apartment for being together and seeing all that Copenhagen has to offer. Down the street from Kongens Have, Frederiks Kirke, Amalienborg Palace and Kastellet; Nyboder is the middle of everything.

The building is from 1894 and has kept the charm of the old days. Fx. you will find an old fireplace, wooden floors and stuccoed ceilings.

The apartment is located in the middle of Copenhagen. A short walk from the apartment you have the harbour and a bridge that takes you over to the old and charming neighborhood of Islands Brygge and Christianshavn. In the other direction, the apartment is a short walk to the City Hall (where the metro line runs) and the pedestrian shopping street of Copenhagen starts.
