The apartment is located on top floor and has easy access to the large and beatiful rooftop terrace with 360 degrees view over Copenhagen. The building is from 1894 and has kept the charm of the old days. Fx. you will find an old fireplace, wooden floors and stuccoed ceilings.

The apartment is located in the middle of Copenhagen. A short walk from the apartment you have the harbour and a bridge that takes you over to the old and charming neighborhood of Islands Brygge and Christianshavn. In the other direction, the apartment is a short walk to the City Hall (where the metro line runs) and the pedestrian shopping street of Copenhagen starts.

This modern duplex penthouse apartment on 6th and 7th floor with view over the city was built in 2019 and consists of 4 bedrooms of which 2 couples and 2 singles. There is a large modern kitchen with dining table in open connection to the lounge area with big open window fronts. There is a large rooftop terrasse with an amazing view over the city and 2 more shared balconies. There are 2 shared bathrooms and 1 private bathroom.

The water is 5 minutes walk away and in summer this is the perfect spot to go for a swim. The main campus of Copenhagen University is around the corner as well as the Metro. 10 minutes walk across the bridge to downtown you will also find the Royal Library, Tivoli Gardens, City Hall and a little further the Central Station. The building has an elevator which goes to both 6th and 7th floor, as the apartment has seperate entrances on both floors.

 'Harald' is a newly renovated apartment ideal for co-living with 5 nicely sized bedrooms, spacious dining kitchen and a large livingroom. From the main hallway you have access to the modern bathroom and a separate toilet. In 2020 the apartment got a brand new large balcony facing the backyard. The shared backyard is typical for traditional Copenhagen apartment buildings, where you can enjoy the calmness sitting at one of the tables or relax on the green lawn during summertime enjoying the sun or having a barbecue.

Østerbro has the reputation of being a relaxed and refined neighbourhood. It’s home to people in all phases of life, from students to affluent families. This well-planned neighbourhood is home to Copenhagen’s largest park, best cafes, national football team, and so much more. Living in Østerbro means you’ll have a calm spacious environment around you, the perfect blend of countryside peace and downtown city living.

From the apartment you have a 5 minute walk to Metro station 'Trinaglen', 2-3 minute walk to the vibrant Østerbrogade where you'll find all the shops and supermarkets you need, 2-3 minute walk to the famous Lakes where people hang out, go for a run or enjoy one of the many café's along the lakeside. Within 5-6 minute walk you'll find the largest park in Copenhagen, Fælledparken, with many different possibilities to do sports and leisure acitivities, watch the local soccer team FC København play on the national soccer stadium, or - which is very popular during summertime - assemble a larger group of people for some 'hygge' with barbecue and drinks on the large green areas in the park.

Nørrebro is definitely one of the hippest and most vibrant areas in Copenhagen, but it’s most commonly recognized for its multiculturalism. So many cultures form the fabric of Nørrebro, so it’s no wonder that this neighbourhood is full of amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars; serving flavours from all over the globe. There are tons of shops to visit and lots of art to take in, both in galleries and on the streets.

Nørrebro is filled with stylish design stores, secondhand shops, galleries, flea markets and parks. A dream for the artist and dreamer. Streets such as Ravnsborggade and Jægersborggade brims with incredible restaurants, cafés and nightlife vibes. Nørrebro brags to have the most vivid nightlife in the city. With its mixed crowd and rich culture, you will always have something to explore in Nørrebro. This is also where you can find cheap haircuts, tons of bike shops and shawarma ad libitum. Nørrebro is known for having a yearly kebab championship! Kösem on Nørrebrogade 186 has won it twice in a row. Bus 3A and 5A are accessible right outside your doorstep. 1 min walk you also have the beautiful Copenhagen lakes, the perfect place for an afternoon or late night stroll.

 There are two supermarkets around the corner and several options for food on the waterside. In summer, the canals around are perfect for a refreshing dive or take your paddleboard for a ride. From the apartment, it is a 5-minute bike ride to Vesterbro and the popular meatpacking district and 10 minutes to Central station.

If you ever wanted to live on city island, with views to a ski slope, now you can. You live in the historical, green area Margretheholm, which used to be the home of the naval air station in 1915. Vandkunsten Architects designed this elegant top floor apartment. Wake up with the sun rising over the ocean, and finish the day with a drink and evening sun on the enormous terrace with breath-taking views of the Copenhagen harbor.
