Ce studio peut accueillir 2 personnes, il se compose d'un lit double ou de deux lits twin, un coin bureau avec une TV écran plat, kitchenette entièrement équipée et une salle d'eau avec douche et WC intégré.
La cuisine équipée dispose notamment d'un micro-onde, d'un réfrigérateur, des plaques électriques, d'une cafetière et d'une bouilloire. De la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine sont également fournis. Vous aurez accès à du linge de toilette, du linge de lit ainsi qu'un accès gratuit au Wifi dans l'appartement.

Une laverie payante est disponible sur place et vous pouvez demander gratuitement un prêt de fer à repasser ainsi qu'une planche. Les animaux sont admis moyennant un supplément de 60€ par mois.

Pour constituer le dossier de location nous demandons une pièce d'identité, les coordonnées bancaires pour garantir la réservation et un RIB, ces mêmes pièces justificatives vous serons demandé en cas de garant. Une caution correspondant à un mois de loyer vous sera demandée le jour de votre arrivée.

This studio can accommodate 2 people, it is composed of a double bed or two twin beds, an office area with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and integrated toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, electric plates, a coffee maker and a kettle. Dishes and kitchen utensils are also provided. You will have access to towels and bed linen as well as free Wi-Fi access in the apartment.

Laundry facilities are available on site for a fee and you can request an iron and ironing board for free. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 60€ per month.

To constitute the rental file we ask for an identity document, bank details to guarantee the reservation and a bank account number, these same documents will be asked for in case of a guarantor. A deposit corresponding to one month's rent will be requested on the day of your arrival.
