- Jatoba is located in a quiet residential area, a bit off-center. Nevertheless it is conveniently located half-way between the centers of Chamonix and Argentiere and has nearby transport links.
- New constructions are in progress next to the chalet. There may be occasional noise and the views might be a bit obstructed.
- The internet connection is the best we can set up at this location. There is high-speed internet (optical fiber not yet available) but you may experience difficulties to connect to the Wi-Fi (and therefore the smart TV).
