If we detect a cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Pour ce faire, nous fournissons des appartements entièrement meublés et équipés, conçus avec art, pour des séjours d'un mois ou plus.  Nous sommes actuellement présents dans certaines des villes les plus importantes d'Europe Bienvenue à Arlaud, situé dans le charmant quartier du Jardin des Plantes de Paris. Ce superbe appartement de 63 mètres carrés est conçu sur le thème de la montagne et vous transportera dans une atmosphère paisible et sereine. Situé au cœur de la ville, Arlaud vous permet d'accéder facilement aux fantastiques jardins, boutiques et cafés que Paris a à offrir. 

Cet appartement comprend deux chambres doubles, chacune meublée d'un lit queen size confortable, assurant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice à tous les clients. Les deux chambres sont dotées d'une élégante cheminée rustique, mais toujours de style montagnard, et de grandes fenêtres qui s'ouvrent sur les rues de Paris. La salle de bains est à la fois élégante et fonctionnelle, avec une douche à l'italienne et beaucoup d'espace pour se préparer à une journée en ville. 

Le spacieux salon dispose d'un coin salon confortable sur le balcon et d'une table à manger où vous pourrez savourer un repas tout en profitant de la vue sur Paris.
