Bus Stop X: For routes 28, 58, and 89 – only 3 minutes away on foot.
Bus Stop Y: Catch the 70 or 95 routes. A 6-minute stroll from the apartment.

By Taxi or Ride Share:
If you prefer a direct route, taxis or ride-sharing options like Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Just input our location, and you'll be here in no time!

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Internet Etiquette:
