RER: For a bit longer distance traveling within Paris and to the suburbs, the closest RER station is Auber (RER A).

2. How to Reach Our Loft:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B to Gare du Nord. From there, switch to Metro Line 4, heading towards Porte d'Orléans, and alight at Strasbourg Saint-Denis. Transfer to Line 8 towards Balard and exit at Madeleine. A short walk, and you'll arrive at our doorstep!
From Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval train to Antony. Then, board the RER B towards Aeroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry Claye and stop at Châtelet. Switch to Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and disembark at Madeleine.
From Gare du Nord Train Station: Board Metro Line 4 towards Porte d'Orléans. At Strasbourg Saint-Denis, transfer to Line 8 towards Balard and exit at Madeleine.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Internet Etiquette:

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.

If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Additional key: This service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left in the door or inside the apartment, fees ranging from €100 to €500 apply, depending on the type of key or lock.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys in the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Reservations and Special Events:
For unique services or events, request pre-approval. Deposits apply for reservations during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.

Il s'agit d'un T2 de  35m2 situé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur dans un bel immeuble parisien.

Il est situé dans l'un des arrondissement phares de Paris, le plus commerçant, à deux pas des champs Elysée , tout en étant à proximité des monuments les plus prisés (Arc de Triomphe à 10 min à pieds), et Champs Elysées.
Vous pouvez explorez les magasins des champs Elysée ou allez faire un tour au sommet de l'arc de Triomphe  situé à quelques pas. Vivez comme un local avec des croissants tous les matins dans les boulangeries du quartier.
De nombreuse stations de bus située à seulement quelques pas, vous permettra  de vous déplacer dans tout les arrondissements de Paris. .

La situation géographique de l'appartement vous permettra de vous déplacer très facilement dans la capitale via ces nombreuses possibilités de transports en commun :
